Warranty

Our priority is to provide you with the highest quality products and your complete satisfaction. That's why we offer a 2-year warranty on our MyBabyBottle portable warmer, which covers any manufacturing defects and material defects.

Warranty coverage:

  1. Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the product.
  2. Coverage: The warranty covers any manufacturing defects and material defects that may occur during normal use of the product for its intended purpose.
  3. Repair or replacement: If a defect covered by the warranty is found, the product will be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one free of defects, at the manufacturer's discretion.
  4. Transportation costs: The buyer shall bear the cost of shipping the defective product to the service center. The cost of sending back the repaired or replaced product is covered by the manufacturer.

Warranty conditions:

  1. Intended use: The warranty is valid only if the product has been used in accordance with its intended use and in accordance with the instruction manual supplied with the product.
  2. Proof of purchase: Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or other document confirming the purchase) is a condition of the warranty.
  3. Claim notification: In case of a defect, please report the complaint to our customer service department, giving details of the defect and attaching the proof of purchase.
  4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • improper use, maintenance or storage,
  • acts of nature (e.g. fire, flood),
  • independent repairs or modifications made by the user or third parties not authorized by the manufacturer, normal operating wear and tear.

Complaint procedure:

  1. Contact our customer service department via email or phone, giving a description of the problem and enclosing proof of purchase.
  2. You will receive further instructions for shipping the product to our service department.
  3. Upon receipt of the product, we will perform diagnostics on the product and inform you of the result and the action taken.
  4. The repaired or replaced product will be sent back to the address you specified.
